Calves milk pasteurizers

Since 2006, Due Ci Inox has been manufacturing pasteurizers for sanitizing the calves milk effectively and efficiently.

The great experience gained along years and thanks to the several installations in Italy and abroad (over 600 working machines), allowed the company to reach high reliability levels and minimal maintenance.

The efficacy of the results obtained  thanks to the calves milk pasteurizers had been tested in studies by Italian and American Universities, which chose the performances guaranteed by these machines as shown in the references at the end of the page.

MACHINE FUNCTIONING:

The milk is heated through heating elements in the cavity up to the pasteurization temperature (max 72°c to avoid milk caramelization).

It’s kept at this temperature for the time necessary to delete the heat-labile bacteria forms, then it’s cooled down at a temperature suitable for calves feeding, using well water into the cavity (a system with refrigeration closed circuit to reduce water consumption is also available).

MODELS AND FEATURES:

  1. Calves milk pasteurizers with automatic cycle available from l 60 up to l 500 (for choosing the size it’s possible to consider a consumption of 2,5 – 3 l milk per calf for each meal);
  2. Mobile versions on wheels with manual drive (up to 200l) are available;
  3. A version with electronic distribution system with battery and the possibility to set the distribution quantity to be given to calves is also available;
  4. Electric consumptions: the pasteurizers are equipped with control panel able to optimize the electric consumption during the pasteurization cycle. Electric powers installed from  5 to 15 kw;
  5. A version with ice water cooling with closed circuit is also available.
