DUE CI INOX is an Italian company, founded in 1980, which specializes in manufacturing and selling of stainless steel products.
The company works in 3 branches which have been added along the course of its history, in order to be able to answer to different market necessities and to better follow their development.
DAIRY SECTOR
The company started its business with the manufacture of machines and equipment for dairy sector.
In particular, as it is located in the heart of the PARMESAN cheese P.D.O. territory, the company specialized in manufacturing equipment and installations for PARMESAN cheese production, a worldwide known Italian dairy excellence.
The experience achieved has been applied to the production of TAILOR-MADE DAIRY INSTALLATIONS for artisanal milk processing to produce:
- PASTEURIZED MILK
- YOGURT
- MATURED AND FRESH CHEESES
- BUTTER
- RICOTTA CHEESE
The company is able to follow the customer in every step of a new project manufacture: Design, installation, testing, after-sales assistance.
MINI DAIRIES - SMALL PLANTS FOR GREAT RESULTS
Through the MINI DAIRY equipment, the company is able to propose to customers a wide product range which can combine technology and ease of use in order to make these machines versatile and performing for small dairy productions.
Machinery has been developed in cooperation with experienced dairymen. Before every delivery, machinery is tested in a proper way to verify quality and reliability.
ANIMAL HEALTH BRANCH
Since 2006 the company has introduced a new product range for animal health branch.
In particular, it became famous along Italy and even abroad by the introduction of professional machinery CALVES MILK AND COLOSTRUM PASTEURISER.
This machine was developed closely with the final user, the breeder in this case, and in cooperation with prestigious Italian and US universities.
The pasteurizer helps in having an important improvement in calves growth. The scientific tests demonstrate its effectiveness. More than 600 units sold, installed and working, are the proof.
The company has also introduced new solutions for calves milk transport and colostrum sanitization to complete the supply in the zootechnical equipment for calves health field.
COMMERCIAL BRANCH
It was introduced at the beginning of the 90s; it allowed the company to provide to its customers the possibility to purchase stainless steel accessories and semifinished products which can be used in different industries:
Food - pharmaceutical - chemical - hydraulic - carpentry - furniture - engineering
In particular, thanks to some machinery at company disposal, we are able to provide tube Polishing service for third parties. We also sell:
STAINLESS STEEL TUBES, SHEETS, BARS, VALVES, FITTINGS, COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES.
The opening of a second plant for these items allows the company to supply the customer with materials in the shortest possible time. The service peculiarity is characterized by:
