Mini pasteurizer - yoghurt maker (45 -120l)

The mini pasteurizer is the ideal solution to start the Mini dairy business by using a very flexible, performing and user-friendly machine.

The machine is suitable to pasteurize milk and for raw milk processing.

It was designed in 2010  in collaboration with an experienced dairymen, it encloses all the essential features to produce a wide range of artisanal dairy products simply and effectively.

How it's made and how it works:

  1. Stainless steel cylindrical double wall container ENTIRELY WELDED (NOT RIVETED) with cavity with water, lateral discharge butterfly valve and cover;
  2. Support with adjustable feet;
  3. Complete with agitator and probe for product and cavity;
  4. HEATING TYPE: ELECTRIC IN A BAIN MARIE;
  5. COOLING TYPE: WATER TO LOOSE or ICE WATER (optional);
  6. Control panel with manual or automatic mode (programs can be set).

Standard size: 45,60,120L .
