FIXED TYPE FERMENTERS

HOW ARE THEY MADE?

  1. Vertical cylindrical double wall fermenters; 
  2. Mounted on adjustable feet
  3. Conical bottoms, relief valve, motor-agitator with removable blade, washing ball;
  4. Upper hatch or hinged inspection cover;
  5. Electronic thermo-programmer, automatic cycle;
  6. Water cooling system with water to lose (or with ice water);
  7. Electric heating with resistances.

VERSIONS:

  1. The ripeners or fermenters are available in single version or coupled on bottom;
  2. It is possible to equip the fermenters with a whey dosage group with electronic control panel;
  3. Standard capacities: Lt 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000.

HOW ARE THEY MADE?

  1. Stainless steel AISI 304 container with one or two compartments; 
  2. Stainless steel support and tilting trestle on wheels; 
  3. Motor-agitator with removable blade;
  4. Automatic multi-program thermoregulation device;
  5. Water cooling system with water to lose (or with ice water);
  6. Electric heating with resistances.

VERSIONS:

  1. Standard capacities: da l 200 a 600.
