We thank our Mexican customer D.P. who is using our yogurt maker since 2015 as a pilot plant to test a new innovative fermented products line with coconut, without gluten and lactose.
Thanks to the temperature advanced control system, the customer could imitate the processing conditions into the small batch for making a larger scale production.
