Thanks Jakob for your precious testimony from Denmark about our mini pasteurizer, used to produce a wide range of artisanal dairy products.
"At our farm visiting farm called "Tothaven", we are about to start a small farm dairy. We only have 15 milking goats so we have been looking for professional but very small scale equipment. But without any luck until we found Duecinox.
After a very fine dialog with the friendly people at Duecinox about our needs or wishes for production equipment we ordered a 60 liter mini pasteurizer.
The size and simple configuration suits very well to the small artisan production we will have here at Tothaven farmdairy.
