MINI DAIRY COURSE for artisanal milk processing in Majorca Island (Spain) in cooperation with our experienced dairy man.

During the course, customers took part to the different dairy production phases.

In particular, they learned how to make artisanal MOZZARELLA and CACIOTTA cheese types through DUECINOX equipment.
