Duecinox is proud to have installed in 2012 one of the first MULTIPURPOSE cheese kettles in Oyara, Perù (near Machu Picchu) to work milk to produce artisanal cheese.
The machine is used as part of operation MATO GROSSO to suppport agricultural and livestock activities and to help local peolpe.
