Mini pasteurizer for an artisan ice cream factory

New minipasteurizer installation in an artisan ice cream factory in Italy.

The machine is able to pasteurize milk up to 90°C and cool down until 4°C autonomously in closed circuit with a special ICY water generator by its side.

The machine is equipped with a multi program autonomous electronic control panel to guarantee the maximum flexibility of desired thermal cycles performance.
